Resurfacing is when you replace the top layer of asphalt with a fresh layer.
New Construction is the establishment of a new roadway, parking- or industrial area by means of preparing the roadbed (insitu-material) and the construction of one or more layers of suitable crusher material, as well as the application of a final asphalt layer.
A slurry seal is a maintenance treatment that prolongs the life of asphalt at a fraction of the cost of full pavement (structural) repair. The slurry material consists of fine, crushed aggregate (rock), bitumen, and water that cures over a few hours in hot weather..
